We do courier country wide across South Africa and we've outlined the delivery services we offer below, if you have any questions please contact us using the following details:

All deliveries will be sent using courier to door with tracking information and the option to add insurance.

Delivery Times

During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including Express and Economy, the lead times are dependant on the time of your order placed, orders before 12h00 leave same day, and delivery area, typical delivery times are estimated at:

• Main Centre Express : 1 to 2 working days
• Main Centre Economy : 2 to 3 working days
• Regional Express : 2 to 3 working days
• Regional Economy : 5 to 7 working days

If you need a next day delivery service and it's already past this cut off time please call us and we can see if it's possible. 

Price

The courier price varies according to many factors including:

• The delivery address, Main Centre or Regional
• Size of the order
• Weight of the order
• Value of the order
• Courier method, Express or Economy

Free Courier

We offer free courier to door on orders over a certain cart value, check the top of the page to see what the current promotion total for free courier is.

Latex balloons:

• can be filled with a balloon air inflator
• can be inflated with helium to float unless specified (see size chart)
• are delivered uninflated unless specifically ordered with inflation (depending on area of delivery)
• check the float times on the size chart

Helium quality foil / mylar balloons:

• have a self-sealing valve, preventing the gas from escaping after it's inflated
• can be filled with a balloon air inflator.
• may require some assembly
• are delivered uninflated unless specifically ordered with inflation (depending on area of delivery)

Balloon safety & care:

1. Keep balloons weighted down at all times and don’t let them go.
2. Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium.
3. The average vehicle holds about 24 inflated balloons and they're best stored in the back seat.
4. Balloons look their best at room temperature – keep them warm on cool days and cool on warm days.
5. Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium.
6. Uninflated or broken balloons can create a choking hazard. Keep an eye on your little ones.
7. After your party properly dispose of uninflated balloons.
8. Do not release balloons into the air. Help keep balloons out of our waterways and powerlines.

Below we've highlighted some of the important details.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, see list on the full terms.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, see list below:

Any item not in its original condition

• Any item that is damaged
• Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check this with your original payment method, if you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item as we don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
